I loved that it was fairly clean and simple, the staff were accommodating and rooms were warm. The breakfast had plenty of options and included muffins, hot waffles and breads. Booked a room with balcony.

Everything was good, unbeatable location very near to Clifton hill, the staff were decent. The breakfast was savoury for the price, we enjoyed hot waffles, fresh bread and muffins.

Always a good budget place to stay, fab food, ideal location. I had bright fashionable room. Staff were ready to help and made sure that I had fairly nice stay. The beach was nice.

Easy location, ENJOYABLE breakfast and free parking were offered. The place was not too far from Niagara Falls downtown. Pool was heated and there was a great restaurant on site.

Pity, but the beds were noisy.
